Welcome to Good Boy Walking Club! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services. By engaging with us, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

  • Private Walks
  • Pair Walks
  • Puppy Visits

2. Booking and Payments

  • Booking: All services must be booked in advance. Clients can book services by contacting us directly.
  • Payment: Payment is due before or at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash or bank transfer.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of £10. 

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Health and Safety: Clients must ensure their pets are in good health and up to date on vaccinations. If your dog is exhibiting any signs of illness, please cancel the service for the safety of other pets and our staff.
  • Behavioural Issues: If your dog has any behavioural issues (e.g., aggression, anxiety), please inform us prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the safety of our staff or other pets is at risk.

4. Liability and Insurance

  • Good Boy Walking Club carries appropriate liability insurance. However, clients are responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets during our services.
  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Boy Walking Club from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the services provided.

5. Photo and Social Media Release

By engaging our services, clients grant Good Boy Walking Club permission to take and use photographs and videos of their pets for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing materials. If you do not wish for your pet’s image to be used, please notify us in writing.

6. Modifications to Terms

Good Boy Walking Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, UK. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland, UK.
